Making a call
Several options exist to call a party, depending on whether the party’s number is new or
has already been stored by the phone.

Using the programmable keys
The programmable keys on your phone can be assigned to the numbers of parties that you
call regularly (internal or external).
To call an internal party:
• Dial the party's extension number.
-> The display shows the number of the party called.*
When the called party answers, pick up the handset to talk.
To call an external party:
1 - Dial the outside line access code (0) or .
2 - Dial the number of the called party.
-> The display shows the dialled number, or the name of the
called party if it is in the directory.
When the called party answers, pick up the handset to talk.
* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator.
• Press the programmed key.
->The phone automatically calls the party.
The display shows the number of the party called, if available.
When the called party answers, pick up the handset to talk.
