This function is used to filter the calls for another person (example: Assistant/Manager).
Two programmable keys must be used on the "Assistant" phone (filtering phone) and
"Manager" phone (filtered phone), one to activate or deactivate filtering, the other to super-
vise the calls on the filtered phone.
Note: This function will be programmed by your system operator.
Communicating with the filter function
The keys on your phone have been programmed so that the filter function can be used.
* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator.
To activate the filter function:
The key programmed with the filter function is used to activate
filtering from the filtered phone or the filtering phone.
Press the key programmed for filtering.
-> The indicator associated to the programmed key lights up on
the filtered and filtering phones.
-> An audible message and the display indicate that the action
has been validated on the filtered phone.

To call the filtered phone:
You want to call the designated user of the filtered phone:
Press the key programmed for supervision.
-> The indicator associated to the programmed key lights up.
To answer the filtered calls:
An inbound call for the filtered phone arrives. The display
indicates that the call was intended for the filtered phone:
Pick up the handset.
