Programming forwarding on a programmable key
For a repetitive type forwarding operation, we recommend storing the function on a pro-
grammable key.
1 - Press the Tools key.
2 - Press a programmable key.
-> The indicator associated with that key lights up.

3 - Enter the type code 8 or .
4 - Enter the forwarding sequence.
-> Example: * 21 followed by the extension number.
Note: if desired, you can simply store the sequence without the
extension number. Therefore, when activated, you still have the
possibility of entering the extension number to which you want to
forward the call.
5 - Press the key to finish.
-> The indicator associated with the programmed key goes off.
To activate forwarding:
You want to activate forwarding of your calls.
• Press the programmed key.
Note: Depending on the key programming, the display prompts
you to enter the extension number to which you want to forward
the calls.
-> The forwarding function is activated and the indicator
associated with the key lights up as a reminder.
To display the forwarding status:
To find out the forwarding status, with the phone in standby.
• Press the key.
Example: immediate forwarding to Mr. Martin’s extension.
-> The screen displays
IMM->M. MARTIN, for example.
