If absent or busy, you can forward your calls to another phone or to your voice mailbox.
Note: To forward your calls to an external number (for example, GSM), we recommend
that you consult your system operator.
Forwarding calls to another phone
You can forward your calls to another phone; you have three possibilities.
* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator.
Forward immediately:
To forward calls immediately:
* 2 1
1 - Press successively the following keys: * 2 1 or .
2 - Enter the extension number of the chosen phone.
-> All calls are immediately forwarded to the chosen phone.
Forward on no answer:
To forward calls on no answer:
* 2 2
1 - Press successively the following keys: * 2 2 or .
2 - Enter the extension number of the chosen phone.
-> All calls are forwarded to the chosen phone after a few rings.
Forward on busy:
To forward calls if busy:
* 2 3
1 - Press successively the following keys: * 2 3 or .
2 - Enter the extension number of the chosen phone.
-> All inbound calls to your phone are forwarded to the chosen
phone.
An audible message indicates that the action has been validated.
