Using the automatic callback function
*
You are calling an internal party who is busy or does not answer. You can request the party
to call you back automatically.
3. Press the key to display the first reply.
Note: If several replies are available, the Consult/Next key
remains lit.
Press the key successively until the desired name is
displayed.
Press the or key to display the first name and the
number associated with the surname.
To return to the last name:
Press the key.
To modify the entry:
Press the key.
4. Press the green key to call the party whose name is displayed.
-> The phone automatically calls the party. The display shows
the number of the internal party called.
-> When the called party answers, pick up the handset to talk.
Reminder: Use the red key to cancel or terminate a
sequence.
* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator.
To activate automatic callback:
Before hanging up:
1 - Press the R key.
2 - Press the key 5 or
-> An audible signal and the display indicate that the action has
been carried out.
As soon as the called party in question is free (if the line was busy)
or has activated his telephone (if out of office), your phone rings.
When you answer, your called party's phone that is "in callback"
also rings.
To deactivate the automatic callback function:
Press successively the following keys: # 5 0 or .
-> The callback function us no longer activated.
