6. 3. 1. 3 Disconnect system power supply
Disconnect the system from the power supply.

6. 3. 2 Licenses and EIM cards
The license information and IP address of the PBX’s Ethernet interface are stored on
the EIM card.
6. 3. 2. 1 Licences
To expand a system already in operation or to re-order a licence for a new system
(see "Licence-related system limits", page 47), proceed as follows:
1. Order the licence package you want from your authorized dealer. For this, spec-
ify the system's licence information (EID, old licence code, system type). Your
dealer will then send you a new licence code.
2. Overwrite the old licence code with the new code (see "Activating the licences",
page 153). The new licence code is stored in the EIM.
3. Upload the system configuration data and restart the system; the licensed func-
tion(s) is(are) now enabled.
