6.5 Call Forwarding All, Busy, No Answer
The following procedures apply to all Call Forwarding modes using keys assigned as Call
Forwarding activation/deactivation keys:
Call Forwarding Always
Call Forwarding Busy
Call Forwarding No Answer
Call Forwarding Always to Voicemail
Call Forwarding Busy to Voicemail
Call Forwarding No Answer to Voicemail
You can also set up Call Forwarding using the Phone UI.
Press the appropriate Call
Forwarding activation key.
Or
Dial the appropriate activation
feature access code.
The system prompts you for the
destination number.
Enter the destination number + the pound
key (#).
If no phone number is entered, calls are
forwarded to the number that was
previously configured.
The system plays the confirmation
announcement.
