Insert the metallic end of the
test strip into the meter. The
meter turns on.

When the flashing drop symbol
appears, obtain a blood drop.
Press the lancing device firmly
against the side of your
fingertip.
Press the release button all the
way down to prick your finger.

Remove a test strip from the
test strip container.
Close the cap tightly.
