Replacing the Upper Case 0
1. Place the upper case on the base assembly and align it properly to the edge of the
system (Figure 3-76).

2. Press downwards on the system to engage the tabs. Make sure all the tabs are fully
engaged.
3. Install and secure fourteen (14) screws to the base assembly. Refer to Figure 3-77.

4. Connect switch board FPC (D) to mainboard connector (C) and switch board
connector (E) (Figure 3-77).
5. Connect keyboard FPC (A) to mainboard connector (B) (Figure 3-77).
