AFTER SALES SERVICE
10.1 RESTRICTIVE LIABILITY CLAUSE
The PSPIX system is designed to acquire dental X-ray images and convert them into digital form. However,
SOPRO does not accept any liability in the case of abusive use of this material, or in case of loss of data.
10.2 WARRANTY
SOPRO guarantees the absence of material defects and workmanship errors in its products for a period of
two years following purchase. This warranty does not apply where products have been incorrectly used,
modifi ed, involuntarily or accidentally damaged or subjected to abnormal conditions of use and storage.
Distributors other than subsidiaries of the ACTEON Group are not authorized to apply an extended warranty
on behalf of SOPRO.
The entire liability of SOPRO is limited, at their convenience, to the replacement or repair (free of charge)
of the defective product, if it has been sent to SOPRO’s After Sales Department. This is valid for the entire
warranty period.
Outside France, the warranty is only valid if the product has been purchased from an approved point of sale
in the country where it is used.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND UNIQUE MEANS OF RECOURSE. IT SHALL REPLACE ANY OTHER WARRANTY
(FOR EXAMPLE A WARRANTY FOR ADAPTATION FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE), WHETHER THIS IS EXPLICIT OR
IMPLIED. SOPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER IN CASE OF PARTICULAR DAMAGE OF ANY
KIND, (WHETHER INDIRECT, ACCIDENTAL OR CONSECUTIVE) OR FOR ANY DETERIORATION OR LOSS OF DATA
UNDER TH
E TYPES OF CONTRACTUAL, NON-CONTRACTUAL OR OTHER CLAUSES.
The exclusion or limitation of liability in the case of direct or indirect damages does not apply to regulations
or legislation in force in certain countries, and this exclusion cannot apply to a buyer present in these
countries.
