NOTE: if the Application is in the DEFAUL or CALIBRATION mode, 2WIN will recognize
automatically the calibration pulses. In this case it will be possible to measure only the last
pulse (not calibration one).
NOTE: if the Application is in MANUAL mode, 2WIN permits to measure all the single
pulses but in the final PDF report data will be saved only referring to the first valid impulse.
The first line is automatically placed on the first front of variation of the emitted light (this line
position is not adjustable). The second line can be adjusted manually by long pressing the
MENU button (CENTRAL button of the 2WIN joystick). When the line is selected it becomes
dashed and white colored, in this form the operator can move it toward the left or the right
of the display by pressing LEFT or RIGHT button in the joystick. This line should represent
the starting time when the pupil diameter starts to react to light stimulus. In the following
figure an example of the second line positioning.
