5.4 Calibration Wavelength Selection Function
An optional function of this instrument allows power calibration over multiple wavelengths. If a measure-
ment is performed at each calibration wavelength by using this function, an accuracy, which is much higher
than the accuracy obtained by using the wavelength sensitivity correction function, can be obtained. Also,
when correcting the wavelength sensitivity by selecting the calibration wavelength that is the closest to the
wavelength that the user uses, the accuracy, which is much higher than the accuracy obtained by correcting
the wavelength sensitivity and the standard calibration wavelength, can be obtained. For more information
on the operation of this function, refer to Section 3.1, “Menu Map” and Section 3.2 in “Menu Description.”
