6. PERFORMANCE TEST
This chapter describes the procedures used to check whether this instrument (8230) and the sensors (82311B,
82312B, 82313B, 82321B, 82322B, 82323B, 82314B, 82314BW, and 82324B) operate correctly within the
specified accuracies.
If optical sensors for the TQ8210 or TQ8215 are used by specifying option 70, contact ADC CORPORA-
TION or a sales representative.
A function allowed by specifying option 70 is applied to software revision C00 or later.
6.1 Performance Test for the 8230
Instruments required for the performance test of this instrument are shown below:
