7. CALIBRATION
This chapter describes how to calibrate the optical power meter 8230 for use within the specified accuracy.
To use this instrument within the specified accuracy, the 8230 should be calibrated once a year. For more
information on calibrating the sensors, contact an ADC CORPORATION sales representative.
7.1 Measuring Instrument, Cable, and Other Instruments Required for Calibration
The following tables show the required accuracies, cables, and instruments to calibrate the 8230 in each
range:
