Turn off the power switch and unplug
the machine before cleaning.
Do not dismantle the machine other
than as explained in this section.
Oiling the machine
Apply a few drops of fine quality
sewing machine Oil to the points
indicated by the arrows in illustrations
shown.
a: Unplug the machine.
Remove the setscrew and face plate
.
b: Oil the points shown by the arrows.
If you use your machine frequently oil
two or three times a year.
Before and after oiling carefully wipe
clean to remove any access oil.
