opening

Disconnect
the
instrument
from
all
voltage
sources while
it is
being
opened.
The
detachable
po
w
er
cord
is
the
instrument
disconnecting
device.
It
disconnects
the
mains
circuits
from
the mains
supply
before
other
parts
of
the instrument.
The
front
panel
switch
is
only
a
standb
y
switch
and
is
not
a
LINE
switch.
The
pow
er cord
is connected
to internal
capacitors
that
ma
y
remain
liv
efor
5 seconds
after disconnecting
the
plug
from
its
po
w
er
supply
.
This
is
a
Safety
Class
I
product
(pro
vided
with
a
protectiv
e
earthing ground
incorporated in
the
po
w
er
cord).
The
mains
plug
shall
only
be
inserted
in
a
sock
et
outlet pro
vided
with
a
protectiv
e
earth
contact.
Any
interruption
of
the
protectiv
e
conductor,
inside
or
outside
the
instrument,
is
lik
ely
to
mak
e
the
instrument
dangerous.
Intentional interruption
is
prohibited.
For
continued
protection
against
fire
hazard
replace
line
fuse
only
with same
type and
rating (F
5A/250V). The
use
of
other
fuses
or
material
is
prohibited.
