The co

fan,

the
rear
panel,
has
a
thin
foam
lter.
Ho

the

thesizer

erates. As
the lter
collects dust,
the fan
sp
eed
increases
to
main
tain
airo
w
(as
the
fan
sp
eed
increases,
so
do
es
the
fan
noise).
If
the
lter
con
tin
ues to
collect
dust
after
the
fan
reac
hes
maxim
um sp
eed, airo
wis
reduced and
the
synthesizer's
internal
temperature
increases.
If
the
in
ternal
temp
erature
reac
hes
90
C,
the
syn
thesizer
automatically
turns
o
and
the
am
b
er
standb
y
LED
turns
on.
W
ARNING
The detachable
pow
er cord
is the
instrument
disconnecting
device.
It
disconnects
the
mains
circuits
from
the mains
supply
before
other
parts
of
the
instrument.
The
front
panel
switch
is
only a
standby
switch
and
is
not
a
LINE
switch.
Clean
the
fan
lter
as
follo
ws:
1.
T
urn
o
the
syn
thesizer.
2.
Remo
v
e
the
A
C
line
cord.
3.
Remo
v
e
the
t
w
o
screws
holding
the
fan
shroud
to
the
rear
panel.

.)
4.
Separate
the
fan
shroud,
the
foam,
and
the
honeycom
bfrom
the ground
hex
shroud.
5.
Rinse the
foam and
honeycomb
in
w
arm
w
ater,
then
dry
.
6.
Rev
erse
the
remo
v
al
pro
cedure to
reassemble
the syn
thesizer.
