Overall Troubleshooting
Overall Troubleshooting Sheet 1
Turn on unit and observe the display. After a
few seconds it will display the Agilent logo and
the GPIB address. After self- test, it should
either display an error or go to metering mode.
Is the display
working?
Check that ribbon cable is properly inserted between
front panel board and carrier/bias board.
Perform carrier/bias assembly troubleshooting.
Perform front panel assembly troubleshooting.
No output on
all channels ?

Check for 48V from A2 bulk supply.
Perform carrier/bias assembly troubleshooting.
Perform backplane assembly troubleshooting.
