Safety instructions and warnings are indicated in this manual by symbols and signal words. Signal words
describe the degree of risk presented by the hazard.
Signal words Meaning
WARNING
Hazard with moderate degree of risk. May result in serious injury or even
death if not avoided.
CAUTION
Hazard with low degree of risk. May result in slight or moderate injury if not
avoided.

Individual note or important collective notes for avoiding material or prop-
erty damage.
