Placing / Answering a Call

Calling the other party
Place a call to one of the following units or stations.
• Residential Unit
• Commercial Unit
• Other Guard Units
• Other Inside Areas
• Mobile App that is registered in the same Guard Unit.
• Other Guard Station or Handset Sub Station that is registered in the same Guard Unit.
• Other Guard Station, Master Station, or Handset Sub Station that is registered in the same Inside Area.
Call will be placed to all the registered Mobile Apps if multiple Mobile Apps are registered within the same Guard Unit.
It communicates with the first Mobile App that responds.
1. Lift the handset.
• If the handset is lifted after specifying a call
destination, the call will be placed under
[Normal] priority.
2. Specify a call destination.
• Choose a call destination using the methods
below.
– “Selecting / Choosing / Calling by Number
(→page 29)”
– “Specify a station or unit using the address
book. (→page 30)”
3. Tap [CALL], [PRIORITY CALL],
or [URGENT CALL].
• The call will be placed with the selected
priority.
• The ringback tone is heard from the handset or
the built-in speaker.
• Refer to (page 63, page 67, and page 68) for
operations when making an outgoing call.
4. Speak when the other party
answers
• For viewing the screen during communication,
refer to (→page 18).
• Refer to (page 60 through page 69) for
operations during a call.
