Programme playback (PROG)
Tracks can be programmed to playback in any order that
you like. Up to 25 tracks can be programmed.
1 While the MD is in the stop mode, press the PROG
button.
“P-" will appear on the FL display, and the MD's track
number and “PROG? indicator will flash.

2 Press the 10 key buttons to programme tracks in
the order that you want. ;
Each time a track number is input, the programme num-
ber (P-01, P-02 etc.) will appear.
3 Press the > button to start programme playback.
During programme playback, the “PROG? indicator will
light on the FL display.
@ Even when playback of the specified programme is
finished, the programme mode will not be cancelled.
Mi To programme additional tracks:
During the stop mode, press the PROG button again and
repeat step 2.
@ To cancel programme playback:
e After pressing the a button to stop playback, press
the CLEAR button. The “PROG? indicator on the FL
display will go out and programme playback will be can-
celled.
® Pressing the 10 key buttons, INTRO button or RAN-
DOM button etc., will engage the selected playback
mode.
Note:
® Pressing the PROG button during MD playback will not
engage the programme playback mode.
RANDOM playback
Tracks can also be played back in a random order.
1 Press the RANDOM button.
“RNDM’ will appear on the FL display, tracks will be
randomly programmed, and playback will start.
¢ Random playback will stop when the programme is
finished.
@ To cancel random playback:
@ Press the as button. Random playback will be cancelled
and playback will stop.
e Pressing the 10 key buttons, or INRO button etc., will
engage the selected playback mode.
, Note:
© To switch from the random playback mode to the
programme playback mode, first cancel the random play-
back mode and then proceed with programme playback
operation.
INTRO playback
The intro of all the tracks recorded on a disc can be played
back in order for approximately 10 seconds.
1 Press the INTRO button.
“INTRO” will appear on the FL display, and intro play-
back will start from track 1.
© The intro playback mode will be cancelled when all
track intros have been played back.
@ To cancel intro playback:
e Press the m button. Intro playback will be cancelled
and playback will be stopped.
¢ Pressing the 10 key buttons, or RANDOM button etc.,
will engage the selected playback mode.
Note:
© To switch from the intro playback mode to the programme
playback mode, first cancel the intro playback mode and
then proceed with programme playback operation.
