•‘TV Out'
You can set the TV output signal to RGB or CVBS
format through the Scart connector. Although the
RGB format gives you a better quality picture, some
video recorders don't work with an RGB signal
output.
• ‘Favourite Mode'
This function enables or disables the 'favourite'
channel mode. Options: on or off.
• ‘EPG Preference'
Digital TV broadcasts carry both the 'Now and Next'
and '7-day' format electronic programme guide
information. Here you can set which format is used
when you press the 'GUIDE' button. Options: 'Now
and Next' and '7-day'.
• 'Scan Encrypted Channels'
These channels have their signal encoded
(encrypted) to allow reception by authorised
equipment only. You can set the set-top box to
search for encrypted channels or not.
