3.6 Individual Call Routing
This feature allows the attendant to route and supervise an incoming external call without its being
placed in the common waiting queue and redistributed.
When this feature is programmed by the system administrator, he/she can put the Individual Call
Routing key on the Perso page or on the extension module (ALE-120).
The attendant is in conversation with the external party.
On extension module (ALE-120)
1. Dial the number of the internal party.
2.
The following page is displayed: Next.
3. Open the Perso page (select the tab or
use the left navigation key).
4. Indiv routing.
1. Dial the number of the internal party.
2. Indiv routing.
The external party is connected to the individual routing circuit and the internal set
is ringing. The attendant screen displays automatically the page: Next. The icon
following the Individual Call Routing key is on steady on the Perso page.
If the internal set does not reply before the end of the routing timer, the attendant
set rings (the ringing cycle speeds up) and the icon flashes on the Perso page,
indicating an urgent situation.
As long as the internal set has not answered, the attendant may retrieve the call by
pressing the Individual Call Routing key: Indiv routing. The icon next to the Individual
Call Routing key disappears.
