wildcard (#) can be specified for the port
field and optionally for one of the tag
fields of a qinq encap. To find the
dynamic data service SAP-ID, the
wildcard fields are replaced with the
corresponding field from the Control
Channel SAP-ID.
For example: Alc-Dyn-Serv-SAP-Id:1 =
