Handling several calls
You are in conversation with one correspondent and a second is on hold:
4 5. Three-way conference with 2 internal and/or external
correspondents (3-way conference)
Select the "Conference" icon
or option
Conference in progress
To cancel the conference, confirm the "End Conference" option. You recover the your
first correspondent.
You can also initiate a conference by conforming the "Conference" option before
calling a second correspondent.
If you hang up during a conference, your two correspondents remain in
communication (restriction possible for two external correspondents).
