Photoeye Input Data Mapping
The photoelectric sensor (photoeye) inputs are mapped to the
1747-SDN module’s M1 file and then to the SLC 500 processor’s input
data file. The procedure for doing this by using RSNetWorx for
DeviceNet software is described in chapter 4.
The photoeye has no outputs to map.
Series 9000 Photoeye
Two input bits from the photoeye
will be mapped: the status bit
and the data bit.
The photoeye produces
one byte of input data in
response to the strobe
message.
