1 Prior
Confirmation
Perform a device test while connected to
PC and confirm the display of LAN,
MACAd, IPAdd, and Subn.
! If there is no problem, go to step 2.
! If not, the data stored in IC1502 may be
damaged. Replace MAIN Assy.
! If LAN NG, go to step 4.
2 RST defect of
LAN PHY
(IC903
)
MAIN Assy
TP LAN_xRST
Check the following voltages at the
diagnostics point.
[RESET signal]
LAN_XRST (3.3 V)
! If the voltage is confirmed correctly, go to
step 3.
! If not, the circuit may be defective. Check for
the status of soldering and replace.

of the pulse
transformer
(T901, T902)
MAIN Assy
T901 4 pin, 5 pin
T902 4 pin, 5 pin
[Confirmation of the communication signal]
Confirm the signal (except for fixed of High
or Low) at the diagnostics circuit
!
If the signal can be confirmed, replace MAIN Assy.
! If not, the signal circuit may be defective.
Check for the status of soldering.

Input clock defect to
USB/ETHER UCOM
(IC401) and
LAN PHY (IC903)
MAIN Assy
R901 (RMII_CLK)
R903 (50M_PHY_CLK)
Check the following voltages at the
diagnostics point.
[CLK signal]
RMII_CLK (3.3 V 50 MHz)
50M_PHY_CLK (3.3 V 50 MHz)
! If the voltage of the all points are confirmed
correctly, go to step 4.
! If not, RMII_CLK signal circuit may be defective.
Check for the status of soldering between X901
and IC401, and between X901 and IC903, and
replace its.
4

IC903 8 pin (RMII_RXD0)
IC903 17 pin (RMII_TXD0)
IC903 18 pin (RMII_TXD1)
[Confirmation of the communication signal]
Confirm the signal (except for fixed of High
or Low) at the diagnostics circuit
!
If the signal can be confirmed, go to step 5.
! If not, the signal circuit may be defective.
Check for the status of soldering.
6.1 TEST MODE
1 You forget to
perform the
calibration
After replacing MAIN Assy, confirm that
each LED is not flashing at startup.
Perform the calibration.
