Use and installation manual
The chart shows the structure sequence of the main pages covering the various
operating modes.
A–Presentation page: displayed when the appliance is switched on.
B–Main functions page (home page): used to access the pages for programming
and display of the appliance’s operating parameters (see page 11).
C–"Manual cooking" page: used to enter the data (temperature, cooking time, etc.)
to allow cooking to be carried out in "manual mode" (see page 18).
D–"C3 automatic cooking" page: used to recall the cooking modality pre-set for the
different foods (see page 24).
E–"CF3 memorised cooking" page: used to sele ct, amend or create cooking
programs (see page 28).
F–“regeneration/banqueting” page:used to select and/or modifie the preset
standard regeneration and Banqueting programs (see page 34).
G–"Special cooking" page: used to re call the particular cooking modality (e.g.
Smoking, pasteurisation, holding, BT cooking, dry, delta T, va cuum, regeneration,
favourites) (see page 34)
H–"Automatic washing" page": used to select the type of program for cleaning of
the appliance (see page 35).
I–"Settings" page: used to set the functioning parameters of the a ppliance (see
page 12).
J–"Service" page: function for the exclusive use of the After-Sales technical assist-
ance service (to be used with Password).
L–"HACCP" page: used to disp lay the HACCP da ta acquired during different
cooking (see page 41).
