How to fix Anilam Wizard 211 Digital readouts axis display that does not illuminate?

If the axis display on your Anilam digital readout doesn't illuminate, start by checking the power cord connection, ensuring the DRO is powered on, and verifying the fuse isn't blown. Then, check the AC voltage at the power cord connection. Also, make sure the linear encoders are properly connected. Run the system diagnostic tests (F 45). If the DRO passes these tests, enable Linear Encoder Error Check (F 41) and move the axis that is not updating. If the DRO displays ERROR, contact support. Finally, verify that the Beeper (F 21) is enabled; if enabled but not sounding, contact support.
