1.Switch off circulation pump
and close input and output
valves in eletrolitic cell system o.
2. Knock off flow sensor
and pressure switch cable
and temperature probe
from AQUA SALT
+
control
box
3. Unscrew off the three
electrodes of cable with cap
from cell.
4. Unscrew two blu rings from
cell
5. Get off locking ring and o-ring
from tre cell.
6. Unscrew the three
electrodes with a tubular
key 8 mm. Don’t loose the
three o-ring you find
inside.
7. Remove titanium plates.
Don’t loose electrodes
locking baffler
8. In a bowl put 9 parts of
water and add 1 part of
hydrochloric acid so that fully
dip titanium plates in solution.
Avoid to get in contact brass
electrodes with acid solution
prepared.
9. After cleaning insert plates in
the cell slots.Go on from right to
left according to this sequence: 1
with electrod – 5 simple – 1 with
electrod – 5 simple – 1 with
electrod.
10. Screw the electrodes (point 6) up to the stop but
without forcing and check that you have replaced the three
o-rings in the seats..
The rubber protection must be crushed to ensure water
tightness.

11. At this point proceed from
point 6 to point 1 to
reassemble the electrolytic
cell and reassemble it into the
system.
