11.1 Common Error Codes And Troubleshooting
ERROR CODE SOLUTION
DOSER ERROR 1. Please check water supply is connected and turned on.
2. If coffee grind is too ne, water will be restricted through ow meters
which will show an error.
3. Please check 6mm bulkhead connectors for group heads are connected to
tubes in the correct orientation for group one, two and three.
4. Pump is plugged into position 5 UCU-E
N.C. Please ensure 14P plug leading from the UCUH-H is properly connected to
position 4 UCU-E.
C.C. Please ensure Wexus is plugged into back of UCU-E correctly. This error will
only occur if Wexus is plugged into port of UCU-H.
NEG.PRESSURE. Steam boiler is overlled, with caution release water from boiler. Valve is
located internally on the left hand side, front of UCU-H box.

Please reset Nexus/Stylus using switch A, turning off for at least 10 seconds.
CTU screen blank Please check connection of 32P plug from CTU into position 1 UCU-E.
- Lights not illuminating
(barista/switch/logo)
- Steam not activating

not activating
Please make sure switch C is in ON position on UCU-E.
