1. All faults should be reported immediately to info@aremde.com.au. If the Aremde service department
is unable to resolve the fault with the equipment you will be requested to complete the Aremde Warranty
Request Form (overleaf, page 74), and ship to the address on the back of the Warranty Request Form
(page 75 of this manual), along with the faulty part or accompanying photographs or video evidence of
faulty part under question.
2. To complete an Aremde Warranty Request Form you will require the following information:
(a) Proof of Purchase stating model number and date of invoice.
(b) The serial number of the equipment (this is located on the rating plate/sticker).
(c) A description of the fault/problem.
(d) Your company details including the exact location of the equipment.
Aremde will not arrange a warranty call out until it receives the above information in the prescribed
manner.
3. Upon receipt of a completed Aremde Warranty Request Form, Aremde will conrm if the equipment is
eligible for warranty repair. If warranty repair is required, Aremde will issue an OFFICAL AUTHORISATION
NUMBER and details of the work to be carried out by an Aremde authorised service agent. This
authorisation number MUST be obtained before any work is carried out. Aremde will not accept invoices for
work carried out without an ofcial authorization number or by an unauthorized service agent.
4. The Ofcial Authorization Number must be referenced on all correspondence and invoices relating to the
warranty claim in question. Aremde will not be held accountable for any invoices incurred by the customer
without an Ofcial Authorisation Number allocated from Aremde.
