5.0 SETTING UP NEXUS/STYLUS
1. Make sure ALL switches
are OFF (switches A, B, C).
2. Before turning on Nexus/Stylus,
a qualied technical person can manually
ll the main boiler for 60 seconds using the manual ll valve located inside UCU-H front cover (front
face,upper left hand side).
Note: ALTERNATIVE START-UP: AUTO FILL
If manual ll can not be accessed an alternative is to turn on machine and allow machine to ll using auto
ll cycle; this process is automated and will occur when machine is on.
Starting a machine using the auto ll process will require 2-3 sessions to ll - to start the next session
turn off and back on the machine when the ll error occurs.
Manually ll for 60 seconds maximum.
Ensure manual ll valve is closed before turning on machine.
