(f) Proper maintenance and cleaning of equipment in accordance with the Instructions is essential to the
equipment’s effective operation;
(g) Aremde or/distributor cannot guarantee the performance of the equipment made specically to
Customer’s design or specications. Aremde will, where reasonably possible, draw any issues arising
from Customer’s design or specications to Customers attention during the commissioning and/or
manufacturing process; and
(h) Customer must pay additional costs incurred by Aremde or/distributor because of Customer failing to
provide suitable access to the equipment for inspection and service.
(i) Aremde will comply with its warranty liabilities contained in these Terms in a timely manner.
(j) Aremde has the right to request video or photo evidence and inspect or request the water conditions
anytime a warranty claim is made.
13.2.4 General Maintenance And Repairs
4.1 The equipment must be repaired and maintained by a qualied technician. Aremde authorized service
agents are experienced technicians who understand the equipment and carry commonly used spare parts.
4.2 Equipment will have the appropriate degree of protection against harmful ingress of water.
Compliance certied to the following standards: AS/NZS 3000:2018, AS/NZS 60335.2.75:2013 INCA1,
AS/NZS 60335.1.:2011 IONJC A1-2, EN62233, EN50581:2012.
