Push and hold Comfort control
Positive (+) and Comfort
control Negative (–) buttons
at the same time for at least 2
seconds.
The top and bottom Comfort

Pump is now unlocked.

OVER
TEMPERATURE
The Auralis pump is operating
outside its temperature range
and has entered the transport
mode.
There is an audible alarm
and the indicators turn yellow
before the Auralis pump shuts
down.
1. Turn off the Auralis pump.
2. Disconnect the power cable.
3. Check the position of the
Auralis pump:
• is it near a heat source?
• is it in the sun?
• is it covered up?
4. If any of above apply, move
or uncover the Auralis pump.
5. Wait for 5 minutes.
6. Reconnect the power cable
to the power source.
7. Turn on the Auralis pump.
8. If the alarm is still present,
