Operating the Maxi Sky 2 Plus in Dual Mode18
Sling Loop Selection
When using Maxi Sky 2 Plus in Dual
Mode, it is recommended to use the
longest loops of the sling (#1 for
shoulders, #1 for legs) when attaching the
sling to the spreader bar.
If needed, the combinations found in the
following table can be used, but it is not
crucial, since the patient tilt can be
adjusted during the course of the transfer.

Attaching the Sling to the Spreader Bar
Place the attachment loop onto the hook.
Make sure that the loop is positioned correctly
and that the spring-loaded latch is closing the
hook.
Repeat the same procedure for all loops.

Detaching the Sling to the Spreader Bar
Open the spring-loaded latch and remove the
loop from the hook.
Repeat the same procedure for all loops.

WARNING: Always hold the spreader bar when near a patient to prevent it from striking the patient.
