Rename handset
You can edit the handset name for each system
handset.
1. Press when in idle mode to enter
the main menu.
2. Use or to scroll to Settings, then
press .
3. Use or to scroll to Rename handset,
then press .
4. Change the handset name when prompted.
Press or to move the cursor to the left or right.
Use the dialing keys to enter a name (up to 11 characters).
Each time you press a key, a character on that key appears.
Additional key presses produce other characters on that key.

Press
to backspace and delete a character.
Press and hold
to delete all characters.
5. Press to save the setting and return to the
previous menu. There is a confirmation tone.
