1. When the telephone is idle, press and hold any dialing keys
(0 or 2-9).
2. Press or to choose your desired speed dial location
(0 or 2-9), then press . The screen briefly shows
Copy from Directory... and then displays the directory list.
3. Press or to scroll to the phone number you wish to
assign to the selected speed dial location.
4. Press to save the setting and return to the
previous menu. There is a confirmation tone and the screen
returns to the speed dial list.
Assign your voicemail speed dial number
To assign your voicemail speed dial number to location , see
page 17.
Reassign a speed dial number
1. When the telephone is idle, press .
2. Press again to choose Directory.
3. Press or to scroll to Speed dial.
Press .
4. Press or to choose the location you
wish to reassign, then press toto
show the directory entry.
5. Press again.again.
6. Scroll to Change SD, and then press
. The screen briefly shows Copy
from Directory... and then displays the
directory list.
7. Press or to scroll to the phone
number you wish to reassign to the selected
speed dial location.
8. Press to save the setting and return to the speed
dial list. There is a confirmation tone.
