Identifier system record formats use the fields that
follow:

is either
“-” for a non-Priority
record or “+” for a Priority record

the caller name

the caller telephone number
LLLL or LL
the four- or two-digit line number
MM/DD
the date of call (month/day)
HH:MM
the time of call (hour:minute)
T A for AM or P for PM
