Access to the regulator adjustment screw by a non-refrigeration professional is forbidden. Any
adjustments to the regulator without the manufacturer's approval may result in voiding the
warranty. It is not recommended to adjust the regulator until all other repair solutions have been
exhausted.

Heat exchange by the
heat pump
Every 2 years * Check the heat pump for proper heat exchange .
Components of the heat
pump
Every 2 years *
Check the proper functioning the 2 speed levels of the fan and
the warm gas valve.
Evaporator Every 2 years *
Clean the evaporator with a nylon brush and with non-
abrasive and non-corrosive products.
Refrigerant fluid Every 5 years * Check the fluid load.
* For dusty environments, increase the maintenance frequency.
Opening the product for maintenance 3.
3.1. Accessing the regulator compartment
I. Remove the screw (1) holding the top cover (2).
II. Remove the top cover and place it somewhere where it won’t interfere with the work on the water heater.
III. Remove the 2 screws (3) holding the front cover of the water heater.
IV. Lift the front cover and place it on the left half-ferrule on the notches (4) provided for this purpose.
Watch for the cable when manipulating the front cover.
3.2. Accessing the heat pump compartment
I. Remove top cover and front cover, refer to section 3.1.
Watch for the cable when handling the front cover.
II. Remove the plastic part holding the 2 half-ferrules.
