3.3.14 Cold start (option)
The cold start option consists of a heating kit, making
sure that the engine starts at temperatures as low as
-25°C (-13°F).
The heating kit consists of heater sockets (see also
chapter “Sockets EU” and “Sockets USA”), an oil
temperature sensor and heater plugs that are mounted
on the water separator, the gearbox and the engine
block.
