Engine coolant pump (radiator)
Description
The coolant system contains a coolant flow to cool the
engine’s cylinders.
The coolant is circulated by the engine coolant pump
(CP
E
), seated on the front of the engine (E). When the
coolant returns from the engine, it passes through the
radiator (RAD), which is air-cooled by the cooler fan
(F).
The radiator top tank (TT
RAD
) supplies the coolant to
the system and gives the coolant in the system room to
expand.
