Setting a ring tone for incoming forwarded calls
About this task
Use this task to specify the ring tone that you want to hear for incoming calls that are forwarded
to your deskphone. You can hear the ring tone that you specified for the:
• Caller.
• First deskphone that forwarded the call.
Procedure
1. Press Avaya Menu .
2. Press Select to select Options & Settings > Screen & Sound Options > Call Fwd
Ring.
3. Press Change to select one of the following:
• Caller: To hear the ring tone that you specified for the caller.
• Forwarder: To hear the ring tone that you specified for the first deskphone that
forwarded the call .
4. Press Save.

About this task
Use this task to set a ring tone for deskphones that you monitor.
Procedure
1. Press Avaya Menu .
2. Press Select to select Options & Settings > Screen & Sound Options > Team
Button Ring Type.
3. Press Change to select the required ring tone.
