Number Name Description
1 Change view Changes the view of the Calendar screen to display the day, week, or
month of the calendar.
2 Account name Displays the email address of the account that you configured for the
Calendar app.
3 Menu Displays the Calendar menu.
4 Add Event Adds an event.
5 Today Displays the current day events.

Procedure
1. Tap the Calendar app.
The Collaboration Station displays the Calendar screen.
2. Tap the event to view the details.

Procedure
1. Tap the Calendar app.
The Collaboration Station displays the Calendar screen.
2. Double tap the required time slot.
The Collaboration Station displays the New event window.
3. Enter the event details.
4. Tap Done on the upper-right corner of the screen.
