Parts of a container
Number Name Description
1 Header Displays an icon to indicate the call type. Header of an active call container displays
the call state and media indicators, a label, call duration, call quality indicator, and
optional icons for container management.
2 Body Displays contact cards of participants. A contact card includes the image, name, and
phone number of a participant.
An end-to-end encrypted call icon (
) is displayed for audio and video calls if
configured.
3 Controls Displays options for starting audio or video calls. Precall and mid-call features are only
active in an Avaya Aura
®
environment.
States of a container
A container can be in one of the following states:
• Open: Displays the header and body.
• Closed: Displays only the header.
