The ow rate measurement range changes to the value specied in the
Maximum mea-
surable ow rate and output voltage for various gas types (P.32), but the analog output
scaling does not change.
Scaling is the same as if function setup

If the gas type selection is set to

(carbon dioxide) in function setup

tion), the ow rate measurement range is between 0 and 250 L/min and the analog output is
between 0 and 2.5 V.
In addition, if function setup

(analog output scaling) is changed, the analog output
changes to 0–5 V for the specied ow rate range.
Any desired ow rate range from 10 to 250 % can be set in

the following as 100 %:

If the ow rate measurement range is changed by changing the gas type conversion factor,
the analog output scaling also changes, and in the same way.
