5.5.3 Auto select source
About auto select source
By enabling the input selection auto select source function, the display will automatically detect the connected
source and display it on the screen.
To enable/disable auto select source
1. Bring up the OSD main menu.
2. Navigate to the Advanced menu.
3. Enter the Auto Select Source submenu.
4. Enable/Disable auto select source as desired and confirm.
5.5.4 Over scan
About over scan
Scale with screen size. Using this mode, positions and sizes can be specified according to the pixels of a
specified resolution.
To enable over scan
1. Bring up the OSD main menu.
2. Navigate to the Advanced menu.
3. Enter the Over Scan submenu.
4. Enable over scan and confirm.
5.5.5 Factory restore
About factory restore
This function allows you to restore the factory settings of your display.
To enable factory restore
1. Bring up the OSD main menu.
2. Navigate to the Advanced menu.
3. Enter the Factory Restore submenu.
4. Select factory restore and confirm.
5.5.6 OSD lock
About OSD locking
This setting allows you to avoid unwanted access to the OSD functions. By enabling the OSD lock, the OSD
menu can only be accessed after pressing a sequence of keys. Please refer to “OSD menu locking/unlocking”,
page 23.
To enable/disable OSD locking
1. Bring up the OSD main menu.
2. Navigate to the Advanced menu.
3. Enter the OSD Lock submenu.
4. Enable/Disable OSD locking as desired and confirm.
