Preparing for Treatment (Section 4.2.2/4.2.3)
Note: The instructions in this flip chart are for both double needle
(DN) and single needle (SN) dialysis, since many steps are the
same. If you are performing DN dialysis, ignore the steps marked
Single Needle (in yellow boxes).
If you are performing SN dialysis, include the steps marked
Single Needle.
1. Turn the AK 98 machine on. When the machine has turned
on, the WRO 300 H unit will automatically start.
Note: There will be a slight delay of approximately 1-1.5 minutes.
The following notice will appear:
--- Functional check prolonged due to
WRO 300 H

alarm 552.---
It will go away without requiring intervention.
