2. Set the correct belt tension with the adjustment bolt.
(Attention: The illustration is just an example. Your
pump may be designed differently.)
3. Re-tighten the vacuum pump mounting bolts.
Checking the shaft seal oil level
1. Check the oil level with the pump stopped.
2. The sight glass (2) must be at least half filled.
3. The colour of the oil may range from clear to grey/
white.
