> Pull the thread to ensure that the bobbin is rotating clockwise.
Setting the bobbin thread tension
To achieve good quilting results, the correct bobbin thread tension is important. Each time you replace the
bobbin thread, check whether the bobbin thread tension is 220mN.
Required parts and tools:
• Bobbin thread tension gauge
• Screwdriver, red
> Hold the latch of the bobbin case.
> Insert the bobbin case into the bobbin thread tension gauge such that the tip of the latch is facing
upward and the bobbin case clicks into position between the two guides of the gauge.
> Guide the thread along the pulleys, as illustrated below.
